Return Policy:

We’ve got you covered with a 30-day return policy. If you need to return something, you have 30 days from the original purchase date to get a full refund.

Just make sure the items are in their original condition, unused, and free of stains, pet hair, or odors. Don’t forget to include the original packaging, tags, and receipt as proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply reach out to us at support@tupafit.com. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fee, and we don’t accept final sale items.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sometimes, it can take a little while for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund.
